Jay helped me gain strength, balance and flexibility with his Pilates instruction. He would give scaled versions of the exercises so that students of all ages and fitness levels could participate. Jay has a calm, knowledgeable, and determined attitude. A great trainer and I wish he was still at our gym!
My experience with Bailey as my trainer was very insightful. The training is tough, but he pushes you in a way that you want to go harder, and the results surely paid off. We also did Pilates and meditation , we not only worked outside but we also excercised our inner mind and praticed sculpting my body. He also guided me on my diet and encouraged me to change my eating habits. I would definitely train with him again and would advise anybody else to choose him as a trainer, you would be making a great choice 😃. He is a great person, experienced, and knows what he is doing.

A little more than 3 years ago it was time to change my game a bit so I tried yoga, spin classes and the like. Amanda had a table set up at the top of the stairs one day and gave me a brief tutorial of the process. It was quite strange but she was very patient and calming about results, goals, and options. I decided to sign up for, I believe, 4 classes as there was a price break. I should mention that being a man, the Yoga poses were difficult for me as my flexibility was limited. Pilates on the other hand, with the reformer table, gave me the option for what i like to call "forced stretching" From day 1, I was sold. The class and Amanda's instruction are amazing. Her calming voice, breathing techniques, and different exercises, make the class that much more enjoyable. 2 1/2 years later, I am still as much a client as I was on day 1 and that is in part due to Amanda. I used to travel quite a bit and loved Pilates so much that I took classes in Oklahoma and Colorado. Beneficial yes, the same no. Amanda and Pilates work the best for me and her teaching skills are AWESOME! I am much for flexible, have better breathing techniques, and am healthier because of this class. I should also mention that since I have been going, only 2-3 men have been in a few of the classes. C'mon men, get on board! Thanks Amanda! Patrick P.
Marnie is very knowledgeable not only in the Yoga Asanas , but also bio mechanics of human body. She spotted the minutest of error in how I moved or stood or in posture. She brought awareness to it and we corrected that. These little fixes drastically increased my stability during yoga and improved my general fitness which almost feels like a miracle. We are working on my post injury weak left leg and right shoulder which have already showed remarkable improvement in such little time that I am amazed and motivated put my life on hold making every effort to be at all her sessions.
Working with Carol as a personal Trainer is a great experience. Whether it's yoga or nutriion, her depth of knowledge is quite broad when it comes to getting the body in top shape and in the most efficient manner. In other words you get the most for your money. I have worked with other trainers but Carol is somewhat different in that she has an uncanny ability to really tune in and know just how far to push. Carol is warm and personable and a real joy to work with but if you think that you can get away with anything because of her pleasant disposition...think again. She can be very firm when she needs to be. I have left many a session being angry at her for working me so hard lol but at the end of the day I am better for it. 😁
