- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We treat our customers like family. 1st Service is at a 30% discount. After that we continue to give you our lowest price either the best service. To show our appreciation, we give returning and recurring customers, gift certificates and free perks. And a guarantee- if it's not to your satisfaction, we will continue to service you until it is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come out and see you in person for new customers. We discuss your best solutions for the best price.
