Please contact RMS Team to receive a copy of our Information packet for New Owners. This packet goes into detail on the different types of management services we provide along with the fees associated with them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At RMS Team, Relationships Mean Success and we would like to have a conversation with our potential clients to get an idea of their specific needs and how we can best accommodate them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Property Managers are licensed Realtors® and two are licensed Brokers. We are also very active in our local Board of Realtors® as well as the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®).
