Had a last minute request that was a bit urgent. No only did Mr. Bradley arrive at the agreed upon time, he was flexible, understanding, patient, helpful, and professional. Couldn’t have asked for better support on this Sunday morning. He’s also extremely honest and has a great personality! We will be using his services again!

I recently had a frustrating experience with Rahmad who installed my thermostat incorrectly, leading to my AC unit stopping working shortly after. When I called him to address the issue, I was met with unprofessional behavior. Instead of providing assistance, he yelled at me over the phone, which was completely unacceptable. He promised to come by and take a look at the problem but never showed up. After that, he stopped responding to my calls entirely. This lack of communication and accountability is concerning, and it seems I’m not alone in this experience, as other reviews have mentioned similar issues. I strongly advise anyone considering booking with this technician to think twice. It’s crucial to work with professionals who value customer service and communication. Unfortunately, this technician does not fit that description, and I would recommend looking elsewhere for reliable service.
