- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself and the services I can provide without overwhelming them with too much information. I prefer to let them asks questions so that can guide me towards the occasion they want their to experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Notable completion of Culinary Arts Program with widely known Master Chefs. Internship with a prestigious local country club. Work with private homes for Master's Tournaments. Member of American Culinary Federation and Association of Bridal Consultants. Over 20 years military service and DOD human resources while obtaining BA degree. Diploma for Horticultural Science that heightens my awareness of chemically treated and organic food sources.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began my interest in tea due to a misfortune, I miscarried a child. My remedy was tea and crackers. The combination of rosehips and hibiscus really made me feel better. That's when I began my research on the healing properties of teas. I sourced a supplier of organic loose teas and invited friends and family to try them as well. I was invited to cater numerous private events and branched out to local vendor shops and designed customized tea and accessory baskets.
