- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm flexible in negotiating a price depending on the situation. even with partial payments , because I understand everyone goes through something at one point or another. I'm always about fairness in both sides of the table.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
introducing myself with the customer. asking what they are interested in and helping them navigate through the process even if I finds things that may not need to be changed I will relay that message so it saves time and money on both ends if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years attending the independent electrical contractors school. graduated 2019 and soon after took my license exam and now I'm officially certified.
