Daniel is great I hired him to do a quick fix of some broken wiring and he had it done in ten minutes. Previously I had hired a big name company and all they did was come up sell me and charged a ton of money for just telling me the obvious. Daniel did the job very well. I highly recommend.

I called Daniel yo troubleshoot and diagnose an electrical problem that I had. He responded immediately, was very easy to work with, and he quickly diagnosed and resolved my issue. Daniel has great troubleshooting skills and he also explained the problem and the solution to me. He also has a great attitude.
Was timely in his arrival and was polite and courteous in introducing himself in a professional manner. Most impressively, he listen to what I was saying and explained the problem in a way that I understood. After evaluating the problem he offered couple suggestions for repairs. He understood that I as a senior citizen lady had limited knowledge regarding electrical outlets and part. He was kind enough to offer his assistance by picking up the parts and return the following day to install and complete his job.
He kept his word, returned the next day and installed the electrical fixtures needed in each room. I dare say if Mr. Freeman is an example of the majority of your representatives that your company will do well.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm flexible in negotiating a price depending on the situation. even with partial payments , because I understand everyone goes through something at one point or another. I'm always about fairness in both sides of the table.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
introducing myself with the customer. asking what they are interested in and helping them navigate through the process even if I finds things that may not need to be changed I will relay that message so it saves time and money on both ends if necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years attending the independent electrical contractors school. graduated 2019 and soon after took my license exam and now I'm officially certified.
