Omg! Erica is the best! She is more like a friend than a trainer. I love the fact she creates a meal plan and work out plan to your liking and what you can do physically! My personal experience working with Erica has been outstanding! Before working with her my weight was 196 currently im 174! She will give you the necessary tools you need to be successful its up to you to implement the tools and be consistent! Follow everything she says you will be just fine. I absolutely love working with Erica! During the past 6 weeks, I've learned how to properly eat, am transitioning to a more balanced protein/carbs/fats diet, and am working on building more muscle mass. While the process has not been not completely fast - as it's the holidays, and this sort of process shouldn't be fast - it's been very rewarding and I've learned so much.Dec 8, 2014

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a person who values personal development and read a new book each month. Last month I completed "The Charge" by Brendon Burchard. This book has helped me look at high-preforming through a different lens. I have found a new energy to manage my time, influence others, and achieve more!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My weight loss journey allowed me to find my passion in helping others. Two years ago I created a Facebook Group page to help others achieve their health and fitness goals using some of the very same principles Ive used in my journey. This group started off with 39 people and as of today there are over 1800 members apart of this group. I share daily tips, tricks, and monthly MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT challenges. I live, breathe, and think about nutrition and fitness. I am so glad I experienced that ankle injury because It allowed me to find myself in many ways. I didn't know how ambitious I was until I lost the weight and also this path has allowed me to meet so many people so that I can help them achieve their goals as well!!!
