I am a recent transplant to Atlanta from Dallas, TX. As most people know, moving (whether it is down the road or 3 states away) is a huge undertaking full of road bumps and stress in the best case scenario. Transition and change are among the hardest hurdles to overcome for anyone. Since my arrival, I have been struggled with a litany of issues related to the living arrangements I had set-up. Several months into this and I am still working to find the right fit. Renters Warehouse and their staff, specifically Darlene Kelly (Director of Customer Care), have and continue to provide amazing, patient, and in-depth, knowledgeable support. Darlene has been endlessly supportive, available and positive which is far more than I have ever expected or experienced in any past dealings with any property management company. Already, I have referred more than a few friends to this company based entirely on the customer care (CARE not just service) I have received.
These guys did a very neat and professional job and more building a door in my gym and also fixing part of the roofing. Will definitely give them a call again if required!

FANTASTIC! I hired Property Management Inc. to oversee several investment rental properties I have in the local area. My husband and I thought we could handle these properties on our own, however, we soon realized we were wrong and were losing money, we needed help and fast! PMI was exactly what we were looking for, they handle "everything". Celeste and Brian have gone above and beyond to make things happen, they have made our investment "Worry Free!" I would recommend PMI to anyone looking for a property management company, especially one this customer service and detail oriented, professional, friendly and can produce results.
We didn't wrap out the deal as i was looking for tenant placement only, and they do only property managing. However i can say that Travis was very professional and very communicative answering my inquiries. I would recommend if you are looking for property management and not tenant placement.
Donna Brazil has been my Property Manager for over 5 years. I moved from Atlanta to Augusta and was very hesitant in letting someone else manage the property. I found Donna on a web search. After speaking with her I knew she was the one. Donna never failed to meet my expectations. I had two very disturbing events happen at the property. One was a break in and the other a fire. I never had to leave Augusta. I called Donna and she handled everything in a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend Donna! she is professional, trustworthy and I must add very likeable. After trying to manage my three rental properties for two years, I was fed up and knew I needed to hire an expert. A lot of people who buy a rental property don't realize how complicated it can be to manage it. I found out the hard way! I interviewed several property management companies, and chose Ritan Property Group. After just a few minutes talking with Melanie, I was impressed with her knowledge of the property management business and her ability to understand all the details involved. She explained RPG's services and the costs up front. She was able to get everything set up very quickly, which was a big load off my mind. RPG has electronic systems for all their payments and processes. They do everything, from getting good tenants to repairs and maintenance. It was a big relief to turn over management of my properties to RPG, and totally worth the fees (which don't seem like much based on all the work they do). I have better use for the time I used to spend solving my property management problems, and am thrilled to have RPG doing that for me.

Being an administrative assistant, I did the following: * Greeted the consumers or visitors, answered the telephone and took messages * Created and maintained the consumers' charts * Set and gave reminder notices for doctors' appointments and provided transportation if needed * Provided administrative assistance to four therapists and two doctors * Ensured all required paperwork was provided to the required agency As a property manager/compliance specialist, I did the following: * Responsible for maintaining the rental office for a 308 single-home tax credit community * Posted and reconciled deposits accurately each day into the correct accounts * processed all move-in/-out paperwork * Traveled to new communities and set up the office, trained and oversaw the new hires * Input bills for payment using the YARDI accounting system * Demonstrated outstanding organization when I set up and maintained a workable filing system for resident, maintenance, and vendor files * Forwarded all late accounts to the attorney for eviction after the proper notifications were sent out * Met the terms and requests of owners, supervisors, and state regulatory agencies by completing all necessary monthly, daily, quarterly and annual paperwork * Began and completed the annual recertification process, 120 days * Answered the telephones, greeted applicants, showed the units available for rent * Supervised up to six people and vendors * Qualified applicants for move in * Completed necessary paperwork for move outs * Collected and deposited rents into the proper accounts * Prepared bid packages for vendors, effectively implemented marketing materials and controlled spending to stay within the annual budget I did the following as a bartender: * Completed necessary paperwork to open or close the business. * Set up and worked main or the service bar and took orders to make drinks. * Cash the customer out * Oversaw the operations of the shift worked.
