- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A 50% deposit is required before I begin any work. The remainder is due no less than 5 days after the deposit and before a final product will be released to the customer. My prices are competitive and in alignment with the industry and the experience you are receiving.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are required to schedule a Discovery Call and complete an quick intake form prior to our initial call. On the call, we will discuss their needs and determine if we would like to move forward and work together. Once an agreement is made and deposit has been submitted, additional conversations and question completion will be required to ensure that the resume is created to highlight the customers value, achievements, and alignment with the job description.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 18 years of real-life experience working as an HR Director, Hiring Manager and Recruiter. I have a Masters Degree in HR Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Business/HR.
