I had ac tax services handle my taxes last year and was wanting my taxes done again this year. In 2022 I noticed very delayed responses, but I thought maybe she was just busy. This year (2023) she told me she could do my taxes and I sent over all my documents and never heard anything from her (it’s been over a week since I’ve sent the documents). Tax day is quickly approaching and I still haven’t heard anything and I’ve messaged her on Instagram, email, and text with no response. I should of trusted my gut to not use her services as the same thing happened last year. If you want someone who is professional and reliable, I would find someone else.
