Scott and Carpet Pro Plus did an outstanding job. The carpets were thoroughly cleaned and deodorized and somehow, he removed lingering stains! Very thorough and courteous and reasonable pricing.

Scott was very responsive for coordinating and scheduling a rather last minute request for carpet cleaning. He called before he came and arrived when he said he would. He was able to thoroughly clean and remove the stains on the carpet in about an hour. I was exceptionally pleased as this condo is in a high rise and many of the cleaning services only had truck mounted equipment. This was my first experience with Thumbtack and I was pleasantly surprised. I will use Scott again and Thumtack as well.

They came right away and made our family room look brand-new! My kids had done a lot of damage to the carpet, but he stretched it out beautifully and cleaned it. I couldn't be more satisfied; I will be using their services in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no real complicated pricing for carpet repairs other than major pet damage that involves any body fluids. Equipment decontamination has to be factored into pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To maintain certified through CFI and IICRC continuing education is mandatory.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Purely by accident. But I guess it was destiny. I am happy going what I do and look forward to the next day of doing it.
