- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no real complicated pricing for carpet repairs other than major pet damage that involves any body fluids. Equipment decontamination has to be factored into pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To maintain certified through CFI and IICRC continuing education is mandatory.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Purely by accident. But I guess it was destiny. I am happy going what I do and look forward to the next day of doing it.
