Jontell was amazing! He fixed my garbage disposal within minutes. I also had a problem with one of my toilets bubbling that I didn’t want to get fixed at the moment due to financial constraints but he went to go look at it anyway. He then advised me of what to do to fix the issue myself, going into great detail of the process and specific items to purchase. He went above and beyond and I will definitely be hiring in the future as well as recommending to anyone I know. Thanks Ransburg Plumbing for making things easy for me.

Jontell Hines definitely delivered as far as punctuality, professionalism and value. We removed and replaced 3 toilets with pressure assist toilets. Upon initial contact and after assessing the job, he thoroughly explained what would be done and the time estimated for completion. Old commodes were removed from property, which was expected, and cleanup also. Jontell even gave pointers, advice and viable information on other maintenance issues I described and I'm sure I will look him up when we need handyman work performed. And oh yes, the price was definitely right!

Jontell did an excellent job with my toilet install. He was on time and completed the job in maybe an hour. He gave me clear instructions about the quality of the toilet that I had chosen and explicit instructions about when we could resume using the toilet. I will hire him again.
