I give Jontel a 5/5 for excellent service and going the extra mile to complete my job. We hired Jontel to replace 5 toilets in a home we just bought and purchased the wrong toilets. Jontel gladly assisted us with transporting the toilets back to Home Depot and getting the correct ones. Once we got them back to the house he completed the change outs in no time. Jontell is a thorough professional who will be my go to plumber. Empathetic approach in guiding what is good for the customer in their plumbing requirement. I hired Jontell for installing a smart toilet however upon arrival he did a feasibility even before opening the package. It turned out to be the model i had bought would not be a right fit. He offered to take just gas cost despite the fact he had rescheduled his other appointments to accommodate mine. Having driven more than an hour to my place, he was very reasonable and made sure what is in best interests for me. i will hire him anytime.
