- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I look what type of work is needed and based of that depending in the individual situation I offer my price because every case in deferent , for carpet cleaning the price is $25 per room, Any handyman Job $15 per hour(2 hours minimum) . For house and building cleaning it depend in each case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When taking new customers is crucial that we agree in all the cleaning process and the price is just for both. I will ask the condition of the house or the building , if possible see it first to get a better idea about time and materials I will need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Graduated in cuba in Mechanical Engineering technician, which I have a vast knowledge in most handy man area. Here in Atlanta I went to community college and graduated in Business information Management. Also six years in the industrial and household cleaning area. Now growing my own business.
