High IQ Homes was very smart and super friendly. He figured out the underlying issue for why the pull-down ladder from the crawl space was off kilter (which a previous handyman had been unable to do), and completed all other repairs with attention to detail and ingenuity. He was pleasant to chat with and stayed until he finished the job.

The pro was at best under qualified for the job. He showed up an hour and 45 minutes late. He did call me to tell me he overslept. The rack that he installed is missing screws and bolts that should be in there. His car leaked oil in our driveway to top it off.Because it took him over four hours to do one of the projects, we didn’t even complete the work and needed to find someone new.
