He figured out the underlying issue for why the pull-down ladder from the crawl space was off kilter (which a previous handyman had been unable to do), and completed all other repairs with attention to detail and ingenuity. I hired Erik to install a ceiling g fan that had come loose and fallen from the down rod. He ran into some issues from the previous Monteal and had to troubleshoot a bit. He stuck with it and didn’t give up. I would definitely hire Erik again for projects out of my scope of ability.
