I wish I could give Mike more stars, abs it only let me pick 3 categories, but he’s exactly what you want in anyone doing service. Not only him, but the team he brought- the entire job looks so good, and he kept me informed about everything the entire time. This is gold standard service!!

Mike was very responsive to messages and calls. I needed someone to replace lighting fixtures in the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I live 1 1/2 hours away from the job site and he was very accommodating by calling me and discussing options before installation and sending pictures of the completed work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service calls are set at $75 per hour for basic electrical. Service calls consists of a call where you are not sure why something electrical is not working. Project prices are case by case price and range from $100 up . Projects are set jobs such as ,"I want to add 3 can Lights. I allow lay away programs on large projects over $5000.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At HigherPower we strive to maintain customer satisfaction and want them happy with all work completed .
