- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ALL cases begin with a none refundable retainer. Retainers are individually quoted on a case by case basis depending on estimated or requested amount of hours and expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free consultation to assess the case and the customers needs. If the customer decides to hire us, we will obtain a retainer before beginning the investigation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
