Ben replied to my request right away and came to my home to see what he had to do. The price was what he estimated on line and that was satisfactory with me so we set up the day he would do the job. He was there on time and went right to work. He did such a nice job and was so professional and pleasant. The stair rail he installed in my stairwell was so beautiful and looked just right in my 150 year old home. I would highly recommend Ben, and I have hired him to do several more improvement projects on my house.
Although it's very late at night, I would be remissed if I did not submit my 5 star review for the welding work performed by Mr. Daniel. I hired him to weld a few patio chair legs and arm back together that were broken due to many years of wear and tear. Mr. Daniel was very prompt and professional. I admire the pride that he takes in his work. Mr. Daniel did an awesome job, and I will definitely re hire him in the very near future to install some steel fencing. Great Job, I am a satisfied consumer.
As a production manager for the largest scattered lot, custom home builder in the nation, I work with many contractors and trade partners and am accustom to the logistical challenges scattered lot building creates. Mr. Pollard easily overcame these challenges and delivered a great product, within the time frame he stated. My customers were very pleased with the quality of materials used and the craftsmanship of Bennie's work. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for wrought iron or metal fabrication and installation. I will use him for all future projects requiring this scope of work. His prices are affordable and did not change once quoted. He conducted himself professionally throughout our dealings and again, he delivered high quality work on time and budget while wowing my customers! I will add a close up of his work as soon as possible but the below picture has the 2-3/4" wrought iron porch and stair railing fabricated and installed by Pollard Fab and Cnst!
I recently had Martin Jimenez put in hardwood floors (Bamboo) throughout my downstairs of my house. If anyone is looking for any hardwood installation, repairs, sanding etc of your floors then I HIGHLY recommend Martian Jimenez. He does amazing work and is very thorough with his work. Super nice guy, prompt on time, and a job that even over exceeds your expectations. Five stars buddy..:0)
Tracy welded a couple of railings for me that had to be cut to size and re-welded. He drove 45 mins to my house and was done in another 45. Very pleasant to work with and does a fantastic job. He even spray painted the railings the same matte black color after he was done. I'd use him again in a heartbeat!
Even though my project was for stairs to be rebuilt, Jim at All Star Fence was happy to take a look and provide me an estimate without having to meet me since I'm traveling. He was detailed on the phone and provided me two options. The quality of work was good, but what stops me from giving this work 5 stars are two reasons: 1) Timing/scheduling. While it's easy to schedule, I didn't exactly get confirmation of time and even so, the contractor working on my project was 1-2 hours late that the work had to be continued on a second day. I was quoted that the job would take just 1 day to finish. 2) Cleanliness: After all the sawed wood, piles of sawdust were brushed into a pile but not thrown away. Also, I'm not sure if the plastic bottle belonged to the contractor, but even if it wasn't his, he decided to leave it under the stairs. The sides of the stairs are latticed, so I don't know how we're going to get the bottle out. Jim and the contractor were courteous and so is the All Star Fence office.
The owner of CCKB was very personable and the price was right. I chose this company because of the personality of the owner. He made me feel comfortable and made me feel that the work would be done correctly. I had my whole downstairs floors done, He knocked out a wall in the kitchen, replaced and extended my kitchen counters, replaced a part of my wash room ceiling and the ceiling in my washer/dryer room. He also advised me on some other things that I should take care of and was very helpful. After I payed him, because of moving and other life things I was not able to check all of the work. And I called him and told him about some of the things that I was not totally pleased with and he came back and fixed those things. Which really surprised me because most people disappear as soon as you pay. So overall this was an easy and pleasant experience. The only thing that I was not pleased with was the pillars of the wall that was knocked out was not as clean as I would like but other than that I am very pleased with the price and the job done.
Replaced our outside decking. Very personable and checked with us often to verify built as required. Reinforced decking and stairways. Also repaired a ceiling due to water leakage. Chris was punctual and takes pride in his work.
W and W Painting = simply the best! I really LOVE their attention to detail. Just a stellar paint job and more! Plus - these are two great, courteous men. They even helped me with another project which included another contractor's dishonesty. I will hire them again and again! Extremely trustworthy and kind! Thank you Carlos and Felix!
Mr. Baynes has been a contractor for me for numerous projects in my home. The scope and nature of the project work included entire interior and exterior painting of a 6800 sq. ft. home, deck restoration and painting, siding replacement, new construction of sunroom, power washing of house exterior and driveways, new appliance installations, wall and ceiling replacement after major water damage, carpet installation, tile refinishing in the bath area, painting of exterior rod iron fence and gates and widow re-sealing and re-glazing. While home improvement projects are inherently stressful for almost any homeowner, Mr. Baynes’s services as a contractor were invaluable, and I have been extremely pleased with the final result. Specifically, I would give Mr. Baynes top marks in the following areas: 1. Quality of work performed. The quality of work done was consistently. Mr. Baynes was knowledgeable, skilled, and competent in his respective trades. He was conscientious about all of the project specifications, and his work product rarely needed improvement or revision. 2. Quality of work. Mr. Baynes was professional, reliable, courteous, and respectful of my property and privacy. He had an old school work ethic (often 10-hour days, some Saturdays), good work habits, strong safety orientation, and emphasized getting the job done right rather than doing it fast. His pride in his work was evident. He tidied up at the end of each workday. I also found him to be trustworthy, and felt comfortable with allowing him access inside my home. 3. Project management and coordination. Mr. Baynes’s prior experience working in construction really paid off. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of my projects, and was able to plan, coordinate and manage the activities, effectively. 4. Integrity and professionalism. Throughout the projects, I was impressed with Mr. Baynes’s commitment to generating a top quality product, rather than maximizing his profit margin. 5. Effective communication. Mr. Baynes kept me closely informed of work schedules, delivery dates, and projected completion dates of different phases of the projects. His communication was always clear, informative, and helpful. 6. Flexibility and effectiveness in dealing with unexpected developments. When unforeseen problems surfaced (e.g., water damage behind a wall; he worked diligently with me to identify solutions that was acceptable to me. 7. Responsiveness to my needs and concerns. Mr. Baynes’s commitment to my satisfaction was evident in his actions. 8. Truth in advertising. In his proposal, Mr. Baynes gave a clear breakdown of costs for each facet of the projects. His contract was just as detailed in describing the work to be done and the itemized costs. When the project was completed, all the work was done as described and agreed upon, and there were no hidden costs, extra expenses or unpleasant surprises. As a homeowner and customer, I felt Ms. Baynes delivered exactly what he had promised, at the agreed upon price.
Doug came to my home to give me a estimate on installing French doors. The doorway was to high to install. I had some lights that I neededto be installed he installed a total of 5 lights with no problem. Doug and his wife was very pleasant and just a great couple. They are very personable. I will be hiring him again to do some more work. I am beyond pleased. Vanessa
They worked a project involve bathroom floor and ketchen ceiling and they were impressive their professionalism, work ethics and being timely. I will recommend my friends and family to hire them and I will have them again, when I need their services.
Jean did a great job installing my ceiling fan. He was persistent though it proved to be difficult with a high, sloped ceiling. He also went to Home Depot for a part we needed.
Richard was GREAT!! He made my yard look beautiful! He trimmed, mowed, blew leaves, cleaned out flower beds, and added mulch for a very reasonable price! I will be using him every week! He was also very friendly and knowledgeable.
Adi did dry wall repairs for me from a leaky pipe and also patched holes in my master bath when I needed light fixtures re-centered. He did a great job, very detail oriented and worked very hard...maybe a perfectionist. Cost was very reasonable.
