Mark replaced a broken window in my apartment extremely quickly and professionally. It took a couple seconds to measure the glass and then days later the pane in the French door was replaced in about 15 minutes and the molding looked like it hadn't been touched at all. Reasonable fees, very personable, and accommodating scheduling-wise. Would hire again.
Great experience. Done in a timely manner. He put new vinyl siding and new windows on my home.
I had them do multiple jobs for me. Did some roof work, repaired a two story water damaged exterior wall, door replaced, some work in master bath, and some painting. Always came as promised. Always kept work site clean at end of day and end of job and worked all day on multi day jobs. Quality work. I watched them work the outside wall closely and they did not cut any corners where others could and would have and they did a top quality job. My neighbor works at home sitting at a window facing the wall they worked on and she also commented on their quality work and work ethic. Maybe not the least expensive but certainly the quality of workmanship is worth what I paid. No problems at all with the multiple jobs I had done by Patriot Construction. I am confident that in the future if I have them do work for me it will be done properly. Satisfied customer here.
Wanting a wall of bookcases, I thought would take several days to build, but to my happy surprise it was completed in about two days. The design was especially good, incorporating a window seat with built in storage. The mess was absolutely minimal! Have also been pleased with Matt's electrical light fixture installations. My wife thinks he is wonderful!
Description of Job: Extensive upgrade of the interior of a 55â yacht inclusive of draperies and cornices, window covers, bedspreads, shams, headboard, pillows, door and hatch covers, and upholstery work. Extensive on-site measurements were required (nothing was âstandardâ, rectangular or square). Assistance was given on colors and fabrics. Vessel was in the water in Savannah, Georgia. Work was begun in mid-November and completed in early June. Work was âdelayedâ as other work (engine repairs, flooring/carpeting, painting, etc.) was being done by other parties. What went well: All work was professionally done and completed timely. Wayne and Kathy complement each other in their various roles. Measurements were accurate and everything fit perfectly. When we have guests on board or just showing the boat to others on our dock, we always get compliments on how nice the interior looks. What could have been better: All the work was most satisfactory as was the working relationship with Wayne and Kathy. Can think of nothing that could have been better, in fact, we are still customers of theirs.
I had a bathtub removed and in place had a walk-in ceramic shower stall w/safety rail and bench put in.. He did a super job, so we had him put in, in 2 bathrooms glass brick windows. I am very pleased not only with th job, but he was very good about not making/leaving a mess and the price was reasonable and right on his estimate.
