By 8:30am, Jim arrived and immediately diagnosed the issue and went to work replacing the water heater. Jim's knowledge and professionalism was greatly appreciated--highly recommend. Jim also installed a new pressure regulator as we were above 100 psi and now within the 40-60 psi range. He also replaced a hose bibb for us that was leaking. Jim was out by lunch time. Pricing was reasonable for the urgent request, parts and labor. From Google Gemini, probably higher on the average price range but I couldnt be happier. Will use and recommend Dalmation Plumbing!"See more

Cleyon installed a tankless water heater for us in December 2023. Within 3 months it was showing error codes and I contacted him for more than 6 months asking for warranty help. He eventually responded and said he would come, but did not. Since it was under warranty, I was told by Rheem that it was important to have the original installer see it. Eventually he came at 14 months, out of repair warranty, only parts covered now. He told me how to get the part from Rheem, but was not willing to do it himself. Fearing he wouldn't help me if I didn't, I contacted Rheem who had a several month backorder on the part. When I finally was able to get the part, and requested the promised repair using said part, he text me first that he was "out of the country for threee months." Then later "we are no longer in business." I had another plumber come out and was immediately told that the tankless is incorrectly installed and I need to spend almost $4,000 to get it re-installed correctly. Luckily, I have a good lawyer and a lot of free time to pursue this dishonest man.
