Greetings: I have been a Realtor for about 9 years and have been handling the rental and management of my investment properties for about the same length of time. It has been an arduous task for me since I am very busy with real estate and I have a dog boarding & groom business that I own and operate with several of my family members. Every time I have to lease it is a daunting chore for me. I've have good and problem tenants. Additionally, when anything happened I was the one to respond. However, over time I built up a team of repair personnel that I knew and trusted. My businesses are growing and the decision was made after hearing one of your commercials on the game radio station to contact you and turn over this endeavor. A very poised lady named Kathy Butler met me at my rental property. Again, after being in the business for all these years it only took a very short time to determine that Kathy's professionalism and knowledge was exactly what I was looking for in an agent to assist me. In a relatively short period of time she found a great tenant. She was proactive and very responsive throughout the whole process. She make it very easy for me. Kathy even suggested going with a home warranty which would be beneficial for both me and the tenant. You guys are now also managing my rental and the only thing left to say is; "Kathy you Rock!!!"
Tom was excellent. He hung a new chandelier for us from a tall ceiling. He was flexible and came on a Saturday. He was right on time. He was affordable and did great work. He was professional and polite. We definitely plan to hire him again for other handyman projects around our house.
Premier Properties is Extremely straight forward and takes its time explaining the process to new investment property owners like myself. The website portal keeps documents/receipts for view to keep things organized. Great experience thus far.
Drew Brown has done an excellent job managing my rental properties. He has demonstrated the ability to keep them occupied with reliable tenants. Drew takes care of minor issues independently and notifies me immediately if it is something I need to be aware of. I cannot recommend him and Mega Agent Rental highly enough.
FANTASTIC! I hired Property Management Inc. to oversee several investment rental properties I have in the local area. My husband and I thought we could handle these properties on our own, however, we soon realized we were wrong and were losing money, we needed help and fast! PMI was exactly what we were looking for, they handle "everything". Celeste and Brian have gone above and beyond to make things happen, they have made our investment "Worry Free!" I had the pleasure of posting an initial review almost a year ago regarding Crystal's services and now I'm here with a follow-up to say that she came through on every aspect of her services...not only did she find my husband and I a beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental home in a great neighborhood, she was able to land us a tenant for our condo...and guess what, it was all seamless...and since I love to refer great services to great people, we referred her to our neighbor and she was able to find a tenant for her rental property as well...!!! Aug. 31, 2015 I (Kim W.), a new Jonesboro, GA resident as of April 2015), have nothing but high praise, respect and appreciation for the professional assistance I have received from Donna Brazil, Associate Broker and Leasing Agent at Silas Frazier Realty, LLC, on several different occasions. On the very first day that I met Ms. Brazil back in late March at a scheduled appointment to view the apartment that I am currently leasing, it was raining and not a good day to be engaged house hunting activity. However, and in spite of horrible weather conditions, Donna Brazil met me on time as scheduled, she had a great attitude, allowed me to thoroughly review the apartment I was interested in seeing, answered all of my questions, and actually waited an additional 30 minutes at the site (in horrible weather) to allow me time to submit my application on the spot. Additionally, Ms. Brazil has expeditiously returned all of my phone calls, timely addressed the few tenet related emails I have sent to her office, and been proactive in making sure that my concerns have been properly (and satisfactorily) resolved with follow up initiatives. Bottom line, and based on the above stated personal experience, I am convinced that Donna truly enjoys what she does. I could not ask for a better agent. The BEST property management company I have ever used!!!!
Although I won't have the pleasure of using Vineyard as my property management company because I'm not in their management area ( a situation that I am very sad about), I did have the pleasure of speaking to Andi Lannom, one of the property managers there She is a gem, who was heaven sent and went far over and above, even though she could not manage my property due to its location. When I sent in a search for property managers through Thumbtack, Andi was the first one to respond to my request with a very personalized response. When I finally spoke to Andi, I found her to be very knowledgeable, personable and patient. She gave me a lot of good information about property management and what her company offered. After talking and discovering that my house was out of their area range, Andi so graciously offered to do some research and contact property management companies in that area, who might be more helpful. She followed through on her word and got valuable information from the companies, which she shared with me and put me in contact with them. That was such a blessing to me since I am a novice at this. Andi went well beyond the call of duty and I am very grateful for her help. She put me on the right track to finding a company who can meet my needs. I can't say thank you enough! And if Vineyard ever decides to expand it's property management range, I would quickly become a client.

RPG manages a property for me. It's well worth their modest fee to not have to worry about: finding a good tenant, getting repairs done, collecting rent, everything necessary to manage a rental property. Melanie (and the rest of the staff) are quick to respond, smart, and effective. They know Georgia landlord/tenant law and what to do in any situation.
