All I can say is that if you decide to hire anybody else besides Another Problem Solved from Thumbtack, then you have made a giant mistake. We heard noises in our attic space for several days after clearing several trees from our house the week prior. The noises were getting louder and louder, so we decided to find a professional to help us out. The weekend was coming up and we reached out to a couple of "highly rated" professional to help us with our issue. We knew that the weekend would make it hard to find someone, but we tried anyway. Danny at Another Problem solved was the only reply not only during the weekend, but others never even bothered to reach back out after the request. Danny was able to come by our house to help us figure out what was going on that Saturday morning, and he came up with a plan to help get rid of the pests that were in our house. It was discovered that we had a couple of raccoons in our attic after problem solving and he immediately began to help us. This only took a couple of days (we have a large attic space) and after measures were taken to humanely get rid of the raccoons, we were finally free to hearing scratching and walking around noises throughout the night. Danny was able to come by the houses on a couple of different occasions to make sure that everything was OK with us, and all animals were completely out for good. Not only was he able to retrieve that raccoons out of the attic, but the damage that was caused to our dormers that the raccoons had caused was also fixed by him. He also helped cut down a couple of limbs off some other trees that could have caused more rodents to return. The time and trips made to our house in only a couple of days, along with the care and time he gave to help us not only solve our animal issue but also help us get back to sleep at night was incredible. As a business owner myself, the attention to detail and the responsiveness to help was extremely appreciated. I only wish other companies could handle themselves the way Danny and Another Problem Solved does. This is why I would ONLY recommend Another Problem Solved for any animal issues you have have similar to our situation. Thank you so much Danny for your help, and we will always recommend you to any of our family and friends for their issues as well.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates are free. We have coupon right now for $79 for 2 weeks worth of trapping and removal of target rodent. Any exclusion services recommended will come with a 2 year worry-free warranty. Photos before and after are taken and sent your email or phone, for your records and reassurance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very through inspection of the outside of property to locate all current and potential rodent entry points, then very through inspection inside of the home including attics, basements/crawlspaces, etc. Don't worry about getting dirty and/or full insulation, I'll do that for you! Photos will be taken so you can see the evidence for yourself. Same day estimates are written with job start date the same if estimate excepted!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 1/2 Years of chasing rodents all over the country. I was a travelling manager Rat Patrol of Illinois, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Colorado and New York, for years. I started Another Problem Solved, LLC not only to provide honest reliable Wildlife Removal Services at an affordable price, I look to become Atlanta’s GoTo for all your home services.
