- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on location, complexity of the project, and an estimated amount of time we believe it will take to produce the desired outcome. Fees for projects do fluctuate, the more organized and setup a project is to proceed the less the fee. The more information we have to gather the more time and the greater the fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make a first initial contact and determine the initial parameters. Once the initial information is gathered we'll provide a proposal for services. Once the proposal is agreed to we'll get started with the work. We see your project through typically to the receipt of permit but often we'll check in on our clients during the field construction or reviews.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ryan Lee has a five year professional degree in Architecture from Kennesaw State University (formerly Southern Polytechnical Institute) with thirty two years of experience, and Angela Kalina has a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee with 25 years of experience.
