I liked the cleaning service. Alan was on time and cleaned my carpet well (much needed). I did have to pay a little more than the quote because when Alan got here, he indicated that some of the stains would require more chemicals in order to come out. I paid the extra fee. Maybe next time, I would like an inspection done if possible just so I'm better prepared for any additional charges I will inquire outside the quote I received. Other than that, I liked the service, and my carpet is looking much cleaner now.

Alan showed up on time and did a FANTASTIC job cleaning the carpet. We had a particularly dark stain that he was able to almost entirely get out (I had some doubts that it would even come up), and other smaller stains were pretty much gone. Also, the entire place smelled AMAZING afterward. The entire thing only took about 20 minutes. I'll definitely be hiring him if we ever need carpets cleaned again.

Alan was excellent to work with. He was able to get me on the schedule right away and was very easy to communicate with. He provided very competitive pricing and did an excellent job! I would highly recommend him and will be using him again in the future. My carpets look so clean and new!

He was really quick and our carpet is so clean and smells just like fruit. He even cleaned our recliner because of an animal urine incident. Everything smells and looks great! Cheap prices too, which is great for us college students. 10/10 would recommend again.
