I liked the cleaning service. Alan was on time and cleaned my carpet well (much needed). I did have to pay a little more than the quote because when Alan got here, he indicated that some of the stains would require more chemicals in order to come out. I paid the extra fee. Maybe next time, I would like an inspection done if possible just so I'm better prepared for any additional charges I will inquire outside the quote I received. Other than that, I liked the service, and my carpet is looking much cleaner now.

I had a last minute emergency carpet cleaning need (sick puppy the night before Christmas Eve...) and Alan was able to come over at 9am the following morning. He was quick to respond and provided instruction on what to do immediately until he was able to get here in the morning. He arrived on time and worked thoroughly and quickly. The results were amazing. I'll definitely be using his services again and recommend you do too. Thank you so much for your help Alan!!

He was really quick and our carpet is so clean and smells just like fruit. He even cleaned our recliner because of an animal urine incident. Everything smells and looks great! Cheap prices too, which is great for us college students. 10/10 would recommend again.
