Nick was great to work with. He came to our home and picked up our laptops and returned them when they were fixed. He is
punctual, personable and professional. He let me know what was going on throughout the repair process. Explained what he would charge to fix this or that. Ask for permission to proceed and made recommendations about what would improve our computer experience. He cleaned our machines, did updates, removed malware, removed some cumbersome programs and is standing by his work for 90 days. He did what he said he would do and in the time frame that he promised. (Picked up laptops on Monday morning and returned them by Wednesday evening.)
The price was very fair and reasonable!!! I have used other services in the past and have been sorry that I did. We will use Nick as often as we have a computer problem. I highly recommend Nick, owner of NForm Technologies, LLC

"I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with are with our recently installed WiFi system! We were experiencing chronic loss of internet connectivity, and it was forcing our high schoolers to go elsewhere to complete online classwork and tests, and was creating a serious lapse in productivity, generally, (not to mention extreme frustration) in our household. My previous experiences had not yielded the results we needed, and furthermore, it is very hard to discern competence in this industry. We have never had success, for example, in using the large communications companies that handle television or cellular issues.
Fortunately, I had kept a relevant business card/brochure and decided to see if there was any remedy. From the start to completion, the experience exceeded expectation. My initial contact was via email, and I heard back promptly. I had no idea what to expect when the consultant arrived, but he had a very impressive demeanor, arriving promptly and dressed professionally. He explained succinctly, and in a way that made sense, why we were experiencing the problems we were having, and offered options for the solution. I anticipated a half day experience, but the work was completed in just about an hour. It has been a lifesaver for our family! No more lapses in connectivity! I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants seamless wifi in their home!"
