I have worked with Fran "Belle" Holt for many years and her work ethic is superb. Her work is beautiful and the interaction she has with the children of all ages is amazing. She is able to connect to one year old children all the way up to the terns. Simply wonderful.

Our family has attended multiple events where Fran provided face painting over the past 8 years, including birthday parties and public events and each experience has been a blast! Even when my children were under 2 years old they loved being at a party with Fran and immediately connected with her warm and joyful spirit. Fran is patient, flexible, creative and truly enjoys working with older children as well. It is easy to see how much she loves what she does by the smile on her face. What's even better is seeing how excited my kids were when Fran painted exactly what they wanted!

I am always on line and reading face painting articles.

My husband was a prize winning Shrine Clown. We did many event together over many states. I know our love for people shows.
