- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am new to this app and starting a new business. If the customer is happy with my work and would like to give me a review to help me grow my business i will provide a 10% discount to the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a consultation with my customer and have them show me how and what exactly the job is. I then give my professional opinion on how I think the project/job would look good. Customer needs to buy the materials. I can also go with the customer to buy the materials and help out with that too. My job is to leave the customer satisfied and happy with my work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work when i got hired as a groundskeeper in an apartment complex. From a groundskeeper I showed my potential and in less than five months I got moved up to a punch technician. I’ve been a punch technician for over two years. A punch technician’s job is to fix anything and everything broken inside and outside that apartment. I replace water heaters, a/c units, sheet rock repairs, paint, faucets, sinks, tiles, everything inside a shower, toilets, toilet seats, bathroom fans, light switches, motion sensors, receptables, light fixtures of all kinds, fans of all kinds, range hood fans, appliances, water valves, door trims, etc. I am highly known in the huge company that i work for, for detailing apartments. I renovate apartments as if it is me moving in them and I take pride in the quality of work i bring to the table.
