She arrived at my house on time, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the overall cleaning. She completely missed one of the bathrooms, although she did come back the following day to clean it, which I appreciated. Her vacuum did not pick up the trash/debris on my carpet, and the stairs were not swept even though we specifically discussed and agreed upon this during our initial conversation.
The baseboards were also missed, the ceiling was not dusted, and the toilet in my master bathroom was left with a visible ring around it. I have no pets or children, and my home was not heavily soiled to begin with, so I expected a much more thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, my home did not feel clean afterward, and I was very disappointed with the quality of the service.
