- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the needs of the customer. We do our best to provide an accurate quote. This can be achieved when the customer provides as much detail about the items they need removed. Photos are a great way to help us generate an accurate quote. As far as cleaning, some customers request deep cleaning where as others may need a light cleaning. Thomas Cleaning and Maintenance specializes in thorough deep cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to help the customer feel comfortable in knowing we are respectful of their property. Many of our new customers are based off referrals which speaks for itself. Remember...we want your business again and again (if you need).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When if comes to securing a load, we are professionals! We know many of the boy scout knots!! As far as cleaning, we have cleaned most anything you can think of. We know what products work in order to get the 'like new' results.
