- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we submit a quote: our prices include labor and materials unless you stated otherwise. Don't forget to ask about our military discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
!) We need to set an appointment to meet and walk the work area. 2) Determine the colors 3) Set a start / finish date / time. Then sign contract and collect a 30% down payment. 4) After completion; we once again walk the work area(s) to make punch list. 5.) After punch list is completed : we collect the balance of 70%.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
