- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We perform free limited visual evaluations and estimates. Prices vary depending how invasive the work is. We really need to look at each project to determine the extent of damage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we like to identify the issues and help the client determine the best procedure in moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified by the IICRC in water mitigation, mold remediation and fire and smoke damage. We have over 25 years of residential and commercial building experience. We are regularly enrolled in continuing education courses.
