- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price according to distance/convenience...traffic patterns coming and going are considered. My aim is to be the single greatest value in the fitness industry.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Talk to them, make sure you get along well and that you trust them...sometimes personalities clash...if you respect the person you are working with it will be a more enjoyable experience.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish everyone knew that I have helped someone out in worse shape then them before and wouldn't be intimidated to start. Because starting is the most important step!
