- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jobs are priced by the hour and parts used.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide each customer a explanation of the work to be done. I also will do a walk-through of the completed work and operation of the Irrigation system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been repairing Irrigation systems since 1985. I have been through Rain Bird's training academy.
