Jim was very responsive to my request for an estimate and his estimate was very reasonable compared to others. Talking to him it was clear he had the experience we were looking for to replace 2 kitchen faucets & sink hook ups after new countertops were installed. He willing worked with our schedule so everything was up & working the day of countertops installed. Definitely would use his services again.

Communication was excellent and tech was punctual and did a great job replacing a part he had in his van that another plumber said was obsolete. I thought $350 for house call was a bit high for the 20 minutes of work, but they got the job done.

Jim, from Dalmatian Plumbing, is a “gem”! After a reasonable quote, he had everything in his truck to immediately begin work. It was a difficult job with non-standard size water heater required and adjustments needed to allow proper access. Jim quickly made all wall adjustments and proceeded to remove old water heater and install new water heater. All work was done meticulously, cleaning up as each phase was completed. He obviously loved his work, proceeded with good speed and it was a joy to observe his professionalism. I have found my plumber!!! Excellent Job !!!
