- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give exact prices on water heaters, not estimates, so what we say is all you'll pay. In most cases, by answering a few simple questions, we will be able to give you a price over the phone. If there is something we need to see, we will ask you to provide us with some photos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask the customer where the current water heater is located, was size and how old it is, and if it is gas or electric. Often times, we will ask the customer to send us a picture of the current water heater so we can determine if there is any additional work that will need to be done to bring it up to code. We will then schedule a time that is convenient for the customer to replace the current water heater.
