- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work to stay competitively priced but we won't do a low quality job at a low price just to undercut less qualified handymen. We are specialized, and well qualified to get the job done properly and efficiently. If your business depends on your network, you want the best you can get at a fair price. That's what we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the job with the customer to define the requirements. For more complex jobs this will require a site visit, but sometimes we can quote from a simple phone call. While we find that we must provide an estimate on Thumbtack in the first round of bidding, we can only provide an accurate estimate after understanding the details of what is needed. We coordinate an appropriate time to do the work and get it done when scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two technical degrees, state licensed, 13 years experience doing cable work, 30 years technical work experience.
