- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The quote you see when you contact me is the actual cost of the service. Certain jobs have additional fees- such as oven, refrigerator, window cleaning, and homes with pets, so if you request anything not factored into the original quote the cost will increase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always schedule a little extra time when going to a home for the first appointment so the client can ask me any questions and show me the home and areas that are the highest priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Growing up with a very Southern Grandmother and Great-Aunt on a farm was was excellent training for me. They had both lived through the Great Depression so they learned plenty of ways to keep a beautiful home with very little to work with. I still use some of the old school cleaning secrets they taught me!
