Great experience, conducted an initial walk-through of all the property and went straight to work. Did a very thorough clean of the entire house. She admitted she had never done a military housing cleaning and asked if I had a check list and hit everything on the checklist that I told her very thoroughly. After completion they went back through the house to ensure that no spot was missed. They did not rush trying to do a quick clean, patience and accuracy was taken during the entire process to make everything correct and clean. Extremely pleased with the professionalism and friendly nature that was displayed right from the very start. Thank you very much!

I did not hire this company because they were not very professional. She quoted me a price and after I agreed to hire her she sent me a message and said she made a mistake and raised it by $40. No problem! I agree again and then she requires a $25 deposit. I never heard of a deposit for a housekeeper before. I wrote back immediately and canceled and never heard back from her whether or not she received my message NOT to come. Not PROFESSIONAL and RUDE.
