I'm so glad I came across Gottaleak Plumbing. Nordia came to our home and was able to find the problem and replace what's needed to be done. I love that she explained the details of her work, and taught me to take care of our Kitchen sink/garbage disposal. It's such a great info for homeowner like my self. Nordia did a fantastic job on my project! She is very knowledgeable and an ultimate professional. A PVC coupling at the water meter had cracked and Nordia came to our rescue on it. The job was finished on time and reliably. I would certainly hire Gotta leak again if I ever had to.

Nodia was responsive and sensitive to calling for our phone interview. She arrived as scheduled and came right in and assessed the issue. In addition to correcting the repairs suggestions were made for long term solutions to the problems. Afterwards I had to call her back because the issue was not resolved but she came right back out and resolved it with additional less expensive recommendations. Not only would this company be recommended but Gotta Leak Plumbing will be my first call for plumbing issues, and I am a satisfied customer for life!

Nordia responsed to my request within about an hour of posting it online. I called her and she was at my door about 2 hours later!! Our kitchen sink drain had an awful smell which we thought may be the studor vent. Nordia came with a vent and did the job quickly and was so friendly. She even pointed out a leak that started to be problematic that we will need to deal with in the future. I chose Gotta Leak because their price for labor was lower than most companies and their reviews were very positive. I'd continue to use Gotta Leak for our plumbing issues. -Erin
