I put in a request for an estimate for plumbing repairs due to a break in my waterline. Nelson Elite was the first person to respond. They told me they could come within 50 minutes. Nate came he was very professional. He was able to identify the problem asap. He gave me a quote and started the repairs right away. His work was neat he provided photos and a video of what was done. I truly appreciated his professionalism and his work ethics. If I ever need a plumber in the future. I would definitely call on his services

I highly recommend this plumbing service! From start to finish, the service was excellent. The plumber was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. Nelson did an amazing job and was professional from start to finish. He was punctual, responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He diagnosed extremely high and fluctuating water pressure caused by a failed pressure reducing valve, a ruptured thermal expansion tank, and a leaking T&P valve on the water heater.

He replaced the pressure reducing valve, expansion tank, and water heater T&P valve to restore the plumbing system back to safe operating levels. The quality of work was excellent, everything was done neatly, and the pricing was very fair for the amount of work completed.

It’s hard to find contractors who are honest, dependable, and take pride in their work, but Nelson definitely delivered. Great communication, great workmanship, and overall a great experience. Would absolutely use Nelson Elite Plumbing Solutions LLC again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done!
