Oman was prompt with the expected time and kept me posted on his arrival. Once he arrived, he listened and gathered details. He found the issue immediately and was so efficient. He showed me around and explained what the issue was and repaired, as needed. He was not overpriced and showed honesty in his work and findings. They were extremely responsive and flexible with their availability. They took care of both the tasks that I had. One was to fix leakage in a toilet and 2nd was to replace the other toilet completely. They did great job with both tasks.
