Our diagnostic fees, after-hours rates, and material costs are always explained ahead of time. We also offer military, senior, and repeat-customer discounts, along with special pricing for water heater installations and leak repairs. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a combination of formal training through the mechanical trades institute and hands-on experience in the plumbing field. I’ve completed technical training in plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and code compliance. In addition, I’ve gained extensive real-world experience working on residential and commercial service jobs, which has helped me develop strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. I stay up to date with industry standards, local codes, and new technologies such as tankless water heaters and advanced leak detection methods. I’ve also developed business and customer service skills through managing service calls, estimating jobs, and running day-to-day operations.
