Amazing job by the crew at CEM. They communicated with me throughout the process and arrived at the scheduled time. They were efficient and did a fantastic job of installing the new dishwasher. They made sure to check everything was flowing correctly. They also provided haul away service for the old dishwasher. Thank you for salvaging my clean/dirty button too - ha! Will definitely hire them again for any future appliance installs!

Miguel and CEM were a true pleasure to work with, and I will work with them on all of my future appliance needs. Very responsive and they do exactly what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it, and at a fair price. My dishwasher installation posed some unexpected challenges that were not discovered until the old dishwasher was removed but Miguel and his team figured out a way to make the whole thing work. Terrific customer service and follow through.

On time, Integrity, professional, and Innovative. You name it CEM appliance install can work wonders for you. This review is not only based on the outstanding service I received but the miracles that Miguel and Michael worked to install my appliances. First of all, when they arrived they were on time and professional and stayed in communication with me prior to appointment. When they removed my wall oven, We noticed a really bad electrical issue that I knew nothing about. These gentleman thoroughly explained what needed to be done and provided me with my options. Let’s just say they saved my house from a potential home fire by installing proper hardware. While installing the wall oven they also noticed that my measurements were off and the wall oven wouldn’t fit. They reassured me that they could make some adjustments and They had to do some cutting around the cabinet and after they made the cut, the wall oven was able to fit beautifully. When they removed my dishwasher they also noticed it was full of water and took it out the house to drain it complete before bringing it back in. They then installed the dishwasher and made it look like a piece of cake. These guys cleaned the areas they worked and even provided me advice i needed to know in regard to being a new homeowner. You don’t run across to many people that bring the level of service they provide and that alone made me feel good that I didn’t go with someone else. The process wasn’t rushed at all and I wish these guys much success and will be doing Buisness with them in the future.
