Reggie did an incredible job diagnosing and repairing refrigerator. Cleaned up and it was a pleasure having him in my home!

Reggie came out to diagnose my washer. I am quite handy and have kept the same washer and dryer for 20 years. I couldn't figure out the problem this time. Reggie figured it out in 30 mins and could have easily just sold me a different unit and made more money. Instead he showed me what was wrong and sold me the replacement part along with a free transmission. He now fixes everyone's washer and dryer in our neighborhood. He also quite the success story for an American business start-up. I'm not wishing your appliance to break, but if it does, you won't regret getting to know Reggie.

The guy came out and did a great job, immediately noticed the belt was broken and the little round piece the belt wraps around. He did vacuum out the excess dust but for the price ($220) i paid to repair i could've purchased another dryer. This was the only reason i gave them a 3. The guy explained to me they sell used dryers from $100-$300 if i have any other issue. I was saying to myself well i wished you had told me this before you repaired mines but hey next time ill be sure to asked the price but either way i was for sure over charged.
