Reggie came out to diagnose my washer. I am quite handy and have kept the same washer and dryer for 20 years. I couldn't figure out the problem this time. Reggie figured it out in 30 mins and could have easily just sold me a different unit and made more money. Instead he showed me what was wrong and sold me the replacement part along with a free transmission. He now fixes everyone's washer and dryer in our neighborhood.He also quite the success story for an American business start-up.
