- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is really no standard pricing when it comes to working with me. The reason being is every client's pocket/budget is not the same. My number one goal is to never turn away a customer away due to lack of finance. As long as we can meet in the middle on a reasonable number we can always move forward with the design process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually first I find out what is the square footage of the project. If the client is not sure I make it may duty to visit the site and get the exact square footage. This will allow me to give an exact quote. After that I set a date to meet with the client so we can sit down and go over the design parameters. Next we set a deliverable date, shake hands and then the magic begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. I currently hold an Associate's degree in CAD drafting and Architectural design. 2. I currently hold as Associated degree in Commercial Construction Management. 3. I am currently in the process of obtaining my Bachelor's degree in Commercial Construction Management (2017)
