What I love the most is seeing my client with a huge smile on their face once I deliver the completed drawings to them. I truly enjoy when it's submitted to the building department and the owner receives a call or email stating the drawings have passed the plan review process. This brings the client one step closer to bringing there dream into a reality.

We hired Aleksei to draw plans for an unfinished attic space, which we are converting into a small apartment. Aleksei was very professional, maintained good communication with us throughout the project and finished on schedule. His prices were very reasonable, especially in comparison to many of the other quotes we received. We would have no reservations about hiring him again for future projects!

We selected Aleksei based on reviews previously submitted and the magnitude of the project we were planning. As of this review, we have not yet started our project, but felt the responsibility of writing a review and will update periodically as the project progresses towards completion. First of all I will say that Mr. White is extremely professional and communicated with my wood and I in a timely fashion (very punctual).
He worked with us on the design of the project (we're doing a full basement remodel, with a deck addition), and continues to solicit our input as the design /drawings are being created.
So far, we have made several changes to the ordinal plans and have been extremely happy with the work being done by Aleksei. He had also put us in touch with several general contractors to help us with our project.
He has been, a joy to work with!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is really no standard pricing when it comes to working with me. The reason being is every client's pocket/budget is not the same. My number one goal is to never turn away a customer away due to lack of finance. As long as we can meet in the middle on a reasonable number we can always move forward with the design process.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually first I find out what is the square footage of the project. If the client is not sure I make it may duty to visit the site and get the exact square footage. This will allow me to give an exact quote. After that I set a date to meet with the client so we can sit down and go over the design parameters. Next we set a deliverable date, shake hands and then the magic begins.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1. I currently hold an Associate's degree in CAD drafting and Architectural design.
2. I currently hold as Associated degree in Commercial Construction Management.
3. I am currently in the process of obtaining my Bachelor's degree in Commercial Construction Management (2017)
