- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several packages to fit your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. If you need stain treatment or pet spot treatment, there may be an extra fee. When scheduling, we will ask you what type of cleaning you need and do our best to provide you with an affordable quote. Please remember that the technician will take his time to provide quality service and do his best to leave your carpet in the best condition it can possibly be. We want your money to be well spent just as much as you do! :) *Disclaimer* Although many stains do come out, it is also important for customers to be aware that there are times when stains may not fully be removed from the carpet. Depending on the type of stain, how long it has been there, and whether or not it has penetrated the carpet fibers, complete removal is not 100% guaranteed. *Helpful Tip* Cleaning your carpet and upholstery regularly helps decrease the chances of staining and odors, and improves the longevity of the carpet. Not to mention, your carpet will look, smell, and feel better on your feet!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, we try to make sure they understand the method which is being used to clean their carpet or upholstery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the cleaning industry for about five years. We have experience with cleaning carpets using both the low-moisture and steam cleaning methods.
