Amilcar responded to my request within seconds and got on a video call with me to see the carpet and the room I needed to install it in. He agreed to come out and install the carpet the next day. This was a job that home depot installers failed to do due to the complexity of it but Amilcar did it so wonderfully. What made this to go even better is his personality. He is a wonderful person that takes pride in his work and does not cut corners. My home theater room will always showcase his excellent work. I am extremely happy with his work, professionalism and his great attitude. He is definitely my go to person for any flooring job in the future. Thanks Amilcar.
