Central Air Conditioning Installation or Replacement
Charles was very responsive when I started searching for a complete install on a new HVAC system. He answered emails promptly and accurately - answering every question I had. When it came down to selecting him, it was a combination of his experience, cost, and the system he was installing that made the choice easier. He even filed the warranty info on my behalf!

Central Air Conditioning Installation or Replacement
The hottest week of June CIS was able to come out, give me a quote on replacing my unit and it was installed within 48 hours. A much better response than the large firms. Very personable and professional. Would highly recommend.

Thermostat Installation or Repair
Comcast (cus words here) installed a xfinity thermostat as a part of my home Security system, and apparently the technician didn't connect it correctly. Charles came in last minute, the same day, within a hour of my request and fixed the issue with no problems. The house is now nice and toasty. Will hire again!!!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?my pricing is very simple: You will pay for a service call "travel time" and the cost to repair or install.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First thing is to listen and find out exactly what they want, then assess the job and determine what the best professional options are available
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Each year when it comes time to renew my HVAC license, you must have at least 8hours of continuing education or your license will not be renewed.
