I had issues with my upstairs AC not blowing cold air. I reached out to Reliable Air on Thumbtack regarding my issue. Brian contacted me immediately. I made an appointment for him to come assess the problem. He found the issue and resolved. Brian was very knowledgeable, professional and affordable. I will definitely use him again if needed. Aaron was incredibly responsive and professional — truly a lifesaver in this Georgia heat! I reached out and within just 2 hours, my AC was up and running again. As someone used to heat (I’m Jamaican!), I can usually handle it — but Georgia humidity? That’ll turn a nun into a nudist! 😅 Don’t let the negative reviews sway you. My AC went out around 6pm on Memorial Day. Unfortunately, I was unable to find out why my AC was not working. I called Reliable Maintenance and someone returned my call within a few minutes. To my surprise, Aaron informed me that he could be at my house within an hour. He arrived as scheduled and, checked my AC. He explained in detail what was wrong, and identified the problem. Not only was he here on a holiday but, it was also dark outside by now. He repaired my AC at a reasonable price, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend his service, he's very professional and does outstanding work.
