Craig from COC was a complete pro from start to finish. assessment and repair was done quickly at a great price. With covid restrictions in place, my computer was even delivered to my residence. I would recommend COC Enterprises without hesitation.Jan 25, 2021Verified

My Dell Dimension desktop is 14 years old; the hard drive was 7, but it is my baby. First, the motherboard broke down, and soon after it was replaced, the hard drive failed, corrupting data on the drive, and Windows crashed. Craig methodically worked on repairing the drive so it could be cloned onto a new one. He kept in touch with me throughout the process, and answered all my questions. I'm glad I chose him, that he accepted, and I would hire him again in a heartbeat.Sep 24, 2020Verified

I have had the same PCs since 2012! Everything was old and dated. Decided to get new all in ones and had no clue on who I could turn to set them up! The first couple of people charged an arm and a leg via yelp! Never heard of this app until today! Decided to give a shot..fast forward to Craig. Told him what I needed..asked if he was free..within 1hr, he showed up to my office ready to work! BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL!!! Very professional and set up all 3 computers and printers! Thank you..thank you! Get his services!!!May 25, 2020Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Typically*, I charge 1/2-3/4 hour labor ($60-$80) for diagnostic on any machine. I find the issue or issues, along with the solution and the associated repair cost. If the repair is approved, the Diagnostic fee is applied to the labor portion of the repair cost. If the repair is not approved then you pay $60-$80 to find out your issue; from that point you then have the luxury to weigh repair quote against another option, like replacing the machine. *Data Recovery is a $120 flat fee, and is only charged if the data is successfully recovered. *Liquid Spill Recovery is a Flat $100 fee, and entails a complete disassembly of the computer to remove all spill moisture/reside.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically I meet customers at convenient locations close to them or their specified area, pick up their machines (unless the repair can be completed where we meet (upgrades, software issues, etc.) and begin the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My background is in Law; went to law school but did not finish. I did an apprenticeship for about a decade then worked as a tech then managed a repair shop.
